Welcome to ChatGemini!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChatGemini application, developed by Vitalii Zeienko. By accessing or using ChatGemini, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of ChatGemini

• ChatGemini provides a Chat AI platform for users to interact with an AI for various purposes.
• You agree to use ChatGemini only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
• Misuse of ChatGemini, including uploading offensive content, harassment, or attempting to breach the App's security, will result in immediate termination of your access.

2. Accounts

• To access certain features of ChatGemini, you may be required to create an account and provide information about yourself. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the App's registration form.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by me. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
• ChatGemini is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
• I do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or timely; or that the App will always function without delays, disruptions, or imperfections.

5. Modifications to the App

• I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part of it) with or without notice. You agree that I shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

• I reserve the right, at my discretion, to change these Terms at any time. If I make changes, I will provide notice, such as by updating the date at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of ChatGemini after any changes signifies your acceptance of our updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
